Mount Ali is Taiwan’s famous tea growing region in Southern Taiwan. This oolong is grown at an altitude of 1200 meters above the Ali Shan tea growing region. The favorable climate, abundance of humidity, and fertile soil produce tea that is smooth and aromatic.
The leaves are handpicked and gently roasted to create a balanced, buttery, salivating ripened fruit aroma and roasted chestnuts. The warm and toasty taste of this tea is reminiscent of the time we hiked on the mountains and sipped a hot cup of tea as the layers of clouds roll majestically over the mountaintop.Brew: 5 grams・150 ml・210° F・1 min
